Vectari Privacy Policy: How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Website privacy disclosures updated October 9, 2026.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Vectari collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or communicate with us.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details you provide, such as name, email address, and phone number.
  • Message content and communication preferences shared through forms, email, or phone.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and page interactions.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information about our services.
  • Communicate with prospective and current clients via phone, SMS, or email.
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Communications, Phone, and SMS

We use our business phone number +1 855-680-0411 to connect with potential clients and clients. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and texts from Vectari. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.

Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to help us manage customer communications, forms, scheduling, and related operations. Your information may be stored and processed by these providers as needed to deliver our services and respond to requests.

Google Analytics measures page views and site interactions when you allow analytics. Meta Pixel supports advertising measurement and audiences when you allow marketing. Both are optional and are disabled until you choose. Use Cookie preferences to change or withdraw your choices; we remember your selection for up to 180 days.

With your permission, campaign labels are retained in session storage with a 30-minute inactivity limit and passed to the booking or contact tool you choose to open. Meta click identifiers are retained and passed only with marketing permission. Our custom tracking events exclude contact-form fields, raw security-assessment answers and free-tool inputs. Google and Meta may also process technical information such as device, browser, page and connection information through their tools.

Forms and scheduling are provided by GoHighLevel and load when you open them. Information you submit is processed by that provider to handle your request. The assessment itself keeps answers in page memory; saving results creates a file on your device.

The link review and QR generator process their inputs locally. The DNS checker sends the queried domain and record names to Google Public DNS only when you run a check; it does not contact the website or mail server. Free-tool inputs and results are not stored by Vectari. Opening an external reputation service shares information with that provider: the Google site-status button sends only the hostname, while any URL you enter directly into VirusTotal is subject to its sharing policies. Downloading tool results saves a file on your device.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers, professional advisors, and legal authorities when required by law.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements.

Your Choices

  • Opt out of marketing communications by following the instructions in our messages.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
